These Terms govern every purchase from midaspeptides.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
You must be at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You must also meet every representation set out in our Research Use Only Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research use only. Products are not drugs, supplements, food, or cosmetics, are not FDA-approved for any human or animal use, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption. Product images are representative; actual vial, label, and packaging appearance may vary.
We publish third-party Certificate of Analysis documentation for our lots in the COA Library. Stated purity reflects third-party analytical testing of the referenced lot. Analytical results are specific to the lot tested and are provided for informational purposes. We make no warranty that any product is fit for any particular research application; determining suitability for your protocol is your responsibility.
Your order is an offer to purchase. No contract is formed until we send an order confirmation and the order ships. We may refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any lawful reason — including suspected policy violations, pricing or listing errors, payment risk indicators, inventory shortfalls, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, we refund in full to the original payment method.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order is placed; if a corrected price is higher, we will cancel and refund rather than charge the difference without consent. Payment is due in full at checkout. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by our payment provider at the exchange rate shown on the invoice at the time of payment; blockchain network fees are the purchaser's responsibility. By submitting payment you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
If you enroll in a recurring order, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the interval you selected until you cancel. We send a reminder before each renewal. You may pause, reschedule, or cancel at any time by emailing support@midaspeptides.com at least 2 business days before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund shipped orders.
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will work with you on lost or damaged shipments as described in the Shipping Policy.
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Because these are research materials whose integrity depends on an unbroken chain of custody, opened or temperature-compromised products cannot be returned.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIDAS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION FROM MIDAS CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HERE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIDAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR RESEARCH RESULTS. MIDAS'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY PRODUCT OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Misuse. Midas accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of any product in a manner inconsistent with the Research Use Only Policy, including any human or animal administration.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Midas Peptides, its officers, employees, and suppliers from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your purchase, handling, storage, use, or disposal of any product, or your breach of these Terms or the Research Use Only Policy.
All site content, copy, imagery, and branding are owned by Midas Peptides and may not be reproduced without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Payment disputes. Before initiating a payment dispute, contact us at support@midaspeptides.com. We resolve nearly every issue within 2 business days, and a direct request is faster than a bank dispute.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order.
