Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT, Monday–Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day. You receive tracking by email the moment your label is created.
Transit times are carrier estimates from the ship date, not the order date, and are not guaranteed.
Lyophilized peptides are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs where the compound and destination temperature require it. Cold packs may arrive thawed — this is expected and does not indicate a compromised product, as lyophilized material is stable at ambient temperature for the duration of standard transit. Refrigerate on arrival per the storage guidance on your packing slip.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not currently available.
We ship to the address entered at checkout. We cannot reroute a package after a label is created. Orders returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address are refunded less shipping, or reshipped at your cost.
All orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no product description on the exterior label.
