This is not a customer-service preference — research materials whose storage history we cannot verify can never be resold, and we will not restock anything we cannot stand behind.
Email support@midaspeptides.com with your order number and the reason. We respond within 1 business day with instructions and a prepaid label where the return is our error. Do not ship anything back before receiving authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be processed or refunded.
Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of approval (for damage/error claims) or receipt of the returned item (for unopened returns). Cryptocurrency refunds are issued in the currency and amount originally received, to a wallet address you provide. Original shipping is refunded only where the return is our error.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the shipping label is created. Once a label exists, the Returns process above applies.
