A stabilised GHRH analog with a long research record.
Tesamorelin is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It is one of the more extensively documented compounds in the GH axis literature, including clinical trial research.
It is a 44-amino-acid peptide based on human GHRH, modified at its N-terminus (a trans-3-hexenoic acid group) to improve stability against enzymatic breakdown compared with unmodified GHRH.
Tesamorelin acts at the GHRH receptor on the pituitary. Research examines how this stimulates the body's own GH release rather than introducing GH directly.
Tesamorelin has been examined in published clinical trials, including studies of body-composition markers. Midas does not make claims about outcomes; we point researchers to the primary literature.
All three are GHRH analogs, but they differ in structure and stability, which affects how they behave in a study design. Read the full explainer →
All of the above is research context. Tesamorelin supplied by Midas is for laboratory research use only and is not for human consumption.
